Continued use of the Site after modification, additions or changes has been made is your acceptance of the modification, addition or change.
User Licence
- As a user you have permission to print and download/copy extracts from the Site for your own personal use on the following basis:
- No modification to documents or related graphics on the Site in any way;
- No modification to accompanying text on graphics that have come from the Site;
- The Company’s copyright and this permission notice appear in all copies; and
- that you cannot sell, rent, lease, license, sublicense, grant any rights in, transfer, distribute, time-share or otherwise assign to any third party any portion of the Site.
- You acknowledge that, the copyright, service marks, trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights in all material on the Site(including without limitation for photographs and graphical images) are owned by the Company or its licensors.
- Subject to paragraph 2.a, no part of the Site may be reproduced or stored in any other website or included in any public or private electronic retrieval system or service without the Company’s prior written permission.
- Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
- In the case of you breaching any of these Terms of use, your authorisation to the Site automatically terminates and you shall immediately destroy any downloaded/copied or printed materials
- The copyright, service marks, trade marks, database rights and other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties, as indicated, remain vested with such third parties.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of third party sites (e.g. “Google Ad words”) linked to this site or for third party content. If you access any third party sites through the Site any resulting agreement will be entirely between you and the relevant third party.
- The Site’s display of any third party intellectual property rights, including trade marks, on the Site in such a manner as is intended for the benefit of the relevant intellectual property owner to help identify the owner’s entry in the Site and the Company intends no infringement of any rights in such intellectual property rights in displaying these on the Site.
- The appearance or absence of services, products, companies, organisations, home pages or other websites on this Site does not imply any endorsement or non-endorsement thereof by the Company nor does it imply in any way that the Company is in any way associated with or connected to the proprietor of such third party rights.

- The Company does its up most to make sure that the site is available 24 hours a day, the Company shall not be liable if for any reason the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

- The content of all advertising on the site is the responsibility of the advertiser and the Company nor its affiliates shall be held responsible for any statements, opinions or advice they may contain.
- In the event that you consider the content of any advertising page posted on the Site to be incorrect, offensive or in breach of our terms you can contact the Company as directed by clicking "Contact us" at the top of every page.
- We may restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe that you have breached these terms at any time. Any such restriction, suspension or termination will be without prejudice to any rights which we may have against you in respect of your breach of these terms. We may also remove any sections or features of the Site at any time, at our sole discretion.
- We do not vet any information received from Third Parties before it is posted onto the Website and hereby exclude all liability in relation to such information in so far as it is permitted by law.
- By registering with the Site you become a single user and cannot be shared by others.
- The security of your login information issued by the Site is your responsibility.
- The materials in the Site websites are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied. - Payments for enhanced paid-for listings
These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site, by telephone, in person or mail order. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights. We may change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions when you place an order, to ensure that you are familiar with the most current ones.
After we have enabled and configured your enhanced listing you will receive a Welcome Letter, normally by email. The Welcome Letter will also contain your login details if you have upgraded to Gold level membership.
The login details must be kept secure and in a safe place with your Welcome Letter. Please do not disclose the login information to any third party as they will be able to update your microsite.
Shortly after we issue the Welcome Letter we shall invoice you for payment. Our payment terms are 7 days from the date of the invoice.
- Payment Process
We accept payment by cheque, credit/debit card (via telephone).
We accept the folowing credit or debit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Switch and American Express.
We currently do not have an e-commerce facility to pay online, however we accept credit or debit card payment by telephone.

We collect personal information from you related to your payment, such as your invoice number, name, address and credit/debit card details.
This information is not used for any other purpose than to service your payment.
All information you supply is treated with confidence and will not be shared with any other parties.
The National Pages does not store any financial information in relation to your payment, i.e. card details.
Once your payment has been processed any such information is securely destroyed.
- Delivery charges
There are no delivery charges. No physical product will be delivered to you.
- Cancellations and Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can cancel your purchase within the statutory cooling-off period of 7 days of your order providing you have not logged on to the account provided, and have thus benefited from the services provided. You will receive a full refund and the cancellation is free of charge.
