Leave M4 at Junction 29 {Cardiff (E&S)/A48(M)}
Turn onto A48(M)
2 miles along this road it becomes the A48
(Eastern Avenue).
Take 3rd exit off the A48 {Cardiff(E)/Cardiff
Docks}
Take 3rd exit off the roundabout, signposted
Llanedeyrn.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit
At the traffic lights at the end of Llanedeyrn Rd turn right
You will find NIAC located in the UWIC Cyncoed Campus situated approximately 1/2 mile along Cyncoed Road on the right hand side.
By Road From the West
Leave M4 at Junction 30 {Cardiff (E)/A4232}
At roundabout, take the 3rd exit {Cardiff
(E)/A4232}
At 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit {Cardiff
(E)/A4232}
At 3rd roundabout take the 2nd exit {City
Centre/A48}
Join A48 (Eastern Avenue).
Take 2nd exit off the A48 {Cardiff(E)/ Cardiff
Docks}
Take 3rd exit off the roundabout, signposted
Llanedeyrn.
At 4th roundabout take the 1st exit {Llanedeyrn
Rd}
At traffic lights at the end of Llanedeyrn
Rd turn right.

Train

Taxi
There are taxi ranks outside Cardiff Central Station and on St Mary's Street in the centre of the city. The journey from the city centre to the National Indoor Athletics Centre is approximately 11 minutes by taxi.
